To cover that gap we offer free health care checks that include: Weight, Blood Pressure, Glucose Testing, Temperature, Pulse, and Oxygen Saturation at no charge.

If any test result is out of range we notify your physician so they may make a decision if they need you to come in for further evaluation.

We also provide A1c testing every 3 months and can update your physicians office with the results to better treat your diabetes. Call and make your appointment as soon as possible.

We care about your health. We provide immunization services for all patients 7 years and older. We offer seasonal flu shots, and all preventative immunizations such as Pneumonia, Shingles, TDaP, Menningitis, MMR, etc.
